How to get on the Foil (Wing Foil Examples)
We asked Balz Müller for some expert light wind wing foiling tips. Furthermore we put together a little video with examples on how to get on the foil.
What makes wing foiling such an interesting sport for every water sport enthusiast? One thing is for sure the possibility to be on the water in super light winds. With your windsurfing or kitesurfing gear you would sit by the beach and get a tan – but with wing foiling you are already flying.
Less than 10 knots of wind out there? Usually you even don’t think about going to the beach – but thanks to wing foiling you are able to get a lot more days on the water.
This makes wing foiling super interesting for everyone. But to be on the foil in super light winds (light wind wing foiling) is not as easy as it looks like. You need a lot of practise, the right equipment and ideal light wind conditions.
We put together a little videos of example on how to get on the foil. The examples cover all kind of conditions. Have a look at the video here.
