At WINGFOILDAILY, we are committed to providing a great customer experience and ensuring you are happy with your gear. While most of our products are unique and made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, we pride ourselves on being flexible and open to finding solutions for our community.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If you have any issues with the size, color, or simply change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at info(at)wingfoildaily.com with the subject line "Submit a problem" and provide a clear photo showing the issue within 14 days of delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Consistent with our global policy, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased during clearance sales.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info(at)wingfoildaily.com.
